Network Solutions appears to be having a problem with its name servers. All PowerDNN servers are running optimally and normally. This is an outside issue that is not affecting PowerDNN’s name servers or network. All PowerDNN infrastructure is operating properly. Only people using Network Solutions for their name server are experiencing this issue.

Again, all PowerDNN servers are working normally. This appears to be an isolated issue on Network Solutions’ end.

Prior to 2010, PowerDNN provisioned dedicated services with the MailEnable email software. At the end of 2009 we transitioned away from that product to SmarterMail because, in our opinion, it was more secure, improved spam protection, and offered our customers a better value in performance and features. There was a network availability issue at the PowerDNN Omaha 1 datacenter on April 15, 2013. This event had a duration of approximately 53 minutes. The issue was external to the PowerDNN network and all servers and data remained secure at all times.
