DNNCon, limos, sponsorships, new directors, new datacenter, new name — it's been a big year for us

Our company has hit several big milestones this past year. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: we’re very proud of our history with PowerDNN and DotNetNuke, and we will continue to provide the best support in the industry for DNN — we’ve just grown so much we had to expand to meet the needs of our customers.

This year, because demand has been so high, we’re bringing back our DNNCon Limo service. It’s one of those rare times in life where something sounds too good to be true, but actually is.

 

If you’re attending DNNCon and landing at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) on Thursday or Friday, November 6^th and 7^th, our team will be waiting to shuttle you from the airport to your hotel in a stretch limo. There’s absolutely no charge. It’s just one small way that we can give back to the DNN Community.

You’re more than welcome to ask us anything you want. We’re happy to tell you more about our name change. Some of you may only know us as PowerDNN, but others know we have operated several successful brands alongside our great DNN services. WordPress, ElcomCMS, Drupal, Email Servers, Linux boxes, full-rack colocation — we support all of these offerings and much more. For a time, it made sense to keep these separate, but now we’ve merged all of these great offerings into the new site under the Managed.com name.

We’re pleased to introduce the Community to our new Director of Engineering Patrick Sutton. Patrick and his team are responsible for maintaining our global network. If you want to see something beautiful, take a look at Patrick’s cabling in one of our newest racks. Patrick has worked for Dell and architected some of the fastest supercomputers in the world — and now he takes care of our customers’ servers.

 

Our new Vice President of Global Sales, Tony King, is looking forward to attending his first DNN event. A southern gentlemen by birth, TK has more than 30 years experience in sales, business, and management. TK and his Team will be on-hand to answer any questions about what Managed.com can do for you.
