A brief network issue today led to intermittent connectivity for a small subset of customers.
The issue affected organizations outside of our network, as well, and is not related to PowerDNN hardware, software, or configurations. We have pinpointed the issue to a network provider in Denver, Colo.
All traffic has been re-routed away from the at-issue provider, and all sites and servers should be fully available. We believe that the temporary interruption of connectivity has been resolved.
PowerDNN is escalating the issue with the regional providers to ensure that proper steps will be taken to avoid a recurrence. If you are experiencing any issues inconsistent with this notice, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
