There was a network availability issue at the PowerDNN Omaha 1 datacenter on April 15, 2013. This event had a duration of approximately 53 minutes. The issue was external to the PowerDNN network and all servers and data remained secure at all times.
We will be providing a complete incident report to all PowerDNN customers as soon as the information is available from our regional network providers (likely tomorrow), but the issue appears to be related to regional core network switches and may have impacted up to three datacenters in the Omaha area. More information will be provided in the complete incident report along with a remediation strategy.
