How to Change Email Password Through Plesk

If you need to reset an email account through the Plesk Control Panel you can follow the steps below. If you are a dedicated server customer you can retrieve an existing mail account password through the Control Suite by follow the steps in the Retrieving Passwords Using Control Suite article.
 
Plesk 12.5 
  1. Log into your Control Panel.
  2. Choose the correct subscription from the drop down menu in the upper right.
  3. Go to the Subscriptions tab and select your domain.
  4. Go to the Mail tab then select the email account you wish to manage.
  5. In the password and confirm password fields enter a new password.
  6. Click OK.
 
Plesk 12.x 
  1. Log into your Control Panel.

  3. Go to the Domains tab and select your domain.
  4. Go to the Mail tab then select the email account you wish to manage.
  5. In the password and confirm password fields enter a new password.
  6. Click OK.

  3. Go to the Domains tab and select your domain.

  6. Click OK.
Plesk 9.x
  1. Log into your Control Panel and choose the Home tab.
  2. Choose the correct subscription from the drop down menu in the upper right.
  3. Click on the Domains icon.
  4. Click on the domain that needs an email password change.
  5. Choose Mail Accounts.
  6. Click on the mail account that needs the password reset.
  7. Choose Preferences.
  8. Type and confirm the new password.
  9. Click OK.
