What We Support
We provide a hosting environment that is optimized for DNN. We support that hosting environment by helping you with questions related to the following:
- Logins and passwords
- The Plesk Control Panel
- DNS settings
- SQL server
- Email settings
- FTP
- Installation, upgrades, and migrations of DotNetNuke
- Core DNN module support
What We Do Not Support
Because we are not in the business of creating the websites themselves, we are unable to provide support in the following:
- Site configuration
- Module configuraiton
- Editing of content
- Troubleshooting of 3rd party skins or modules
Resources
There are many great resources available to someone who is new to DotNetNuke and wants to learn how to create/manage a DNN site. Below are some of the resources available for learning about DNN and developing a site with DNN.
- DotNetNuke Forum - DotNetNuke has a vibrant open source community. Search the forum or ask a question.
- DNNCreative - The staff at DNNCreative has been writing articles, tutorials, and producing videos about DNN since 2005. The site has a wealth of resources for both those new to DNN and advanced users. Some content is free. Others requires a paid subscription.
- DNNHero Magazine - Aderson Oliveira delivers videos on DNN topics through this website.
- DNN Developer - This site can help you get in touch with someone who creates, skins, or optimizes DNN websites for a living. If the links above don't answer your questions, a DNN developer would be able to assist you.
