How to Add an Authorized User to Your Account
Authorized users will have all privileges that that the account owner currently has and will have access to anything on the Control Panel. An authorized user also can view credit card and billing information on the account.
To Add an Authorized User
- Log into your Control Panel.
- Click on the Help and Support tab.
- Click on Submit a Ticket. Choose the Billing department.
- Copy the sample request below, supplying the necessary information regarding the person you want to add as an authorized user.
I would like to add the following individual as an authorized user. I understand that this person will have full access to my Control Panel and billing information.
