Missing Menu in DotNetNuke

A Menu is not Visible in DNN

Issue
When you browse your DotNetNuke website, the website appears to load fine, but the menu is not visible.

Possible Cause
JavaScript is disabled.  This is a common issue in Internet Explorer.

Resolution
Your website is running fine.  You need to enable JavaScript in your web browser.  You may also want to consider using an alternate browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

If you are using Internet Explorer version 9 you can follow these steps below to enable JavaScript:
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. In the upper right corner select the Gear
  3. Select the Security tab
  4. In the section named Security level for this zone click Custom Level
  5. Scroll down until you see the Scripting section
  6. The first one labeled Active Scripting select Enable

This will enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer and your menus should be available upon refreshing the website.
