How to Upgrade Your Subscription in the Control Panel

Upgrading Your Subscription Through Your Control Panel

To upgrade your account, follow these steps:
  1. Log into your Control Panel.
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Click the Buy Resources button.
  4. Choose the resources you want to upgrade.
  5. Process payment if necessary.
Wait a moment for the system to upgrade your account.

If you just upgraded a shared hosting account, you may also need to upgrade a specific domain's limits. To do that:
 
 
In Plesk 12.5:
  1. Log into your Control Panel.
  2. Choose the correct subscription from the drop down menu in the upper right.
  3. Click on Subscriptions. Then select your domain.
  4. Under the Account section in the right-hand column, click Customize.
  5. Adjust your domain limits as necessary and click OK.
 
In Plesk 12.0:
  1. Log into your Control Panel.
  2. Choose the correct subscription from the drop down menu in the upper right.
  3. Click on Subscriptions. Then select your domain.
  4. Click on the General tab
  5. In the top tool bar, click Customize.
  6. Adjust your domain limits as necessary and click OK.

In Plesk 11.x:
  1. Log into your Control Panel.
  2. Choose the correct subscription from the drop down menu in the upper right.
  3. Click on Domains. Then select your domain.
  4. In the top tool bar, click Customize.
  5. Adjust your domain limits as necessary and click OK.
In Plesk 9.x:
  1. Click on the Home tab.
  2. Click on Domains and the domain you want to manage.
  3. Click on the Limits button.
  4. Adjust your domain limits as necessary and click OK.
