My Administrator Account is Disabled - I Can Not Log onto My Dedicated Server

Issue 
I can not log onto my dedicated server because my administrator account is disabled.

Cause
The domain controller, not the local server was selected at login, which has a disabled administrator account.

Resolution

Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012
  1. Click on Use another account.
  2. Type \administrator in the username field and the associated password.
Windows Server 2003 
  1. Click on the drop down and select your Server Name.  This will log you onto the server instead of the domain controller used for our own internal access.
  2. Enter the Server's username and password to proceed in logging into the server.
 
 
  1. Click on Use another account.

Windows Server 2008
  1. Click on Use another account.
  2. Type \administrator in the username field and the associated password.
