Possible Cause
There is an issue with IIS that will need to be repaired by a support technician if you are a shared hosting customer. Dedicated server customers can follow the steps below.

Resolution
Any custom IIS configurations for this domain will be lost. Be sure they are documented prior to using this command so you can re-create them once the issue is resolved.

  1. Log into your dedicated server using Remote Desktop.
  2. Double click on the Control Suite desktop icon. If the shortcut is not available, browse to c:\netstrap\SystemControl and run NetStrap.exe via Windows Explorer.
  3. In the Navigation Tree click on the Plesk x.x.x (Domains) icon.
  4. Select the domain in question and click Recreate Domain IIS in the Commands Ribbon.
