How to Redirect or Forward an Email Address
This article describes how to make an email address redirect to a different email address.
In Plesk 12.5
- Log into your Control Panel. Click on the Domains tab.
- Click on the domain that contains the email address.
- Click on Mail Settings.
- Choose the mail account you would like to forward to. If you have not setup an email address that you would like to forward, please refer to How to Set Up Email Accounts in Our Environment.
- Click the Forwarding tab.
- Put a check mark in the Switch on mail forwarding box and put in the email address you would like to redirect this email to and press OK.
In Plesk 11.x and 12.x
- Log into your Control Panel. Click on the Home tab.
- Under My Subscriptions, click on the domain that contains the email address.
- Click on Mail.
- Choose the mail account you would like to forward to. If you have not setup an email address that you would like to forward, please refer to How to Set Up Email Accounts in Our Environment.
- Click the Forwarding tab.
- Put a check mark in the Switch on mail forwarding box and put in the email address you would like to redirect this email to and press OK.
In Plesk 9.x
- Log into your Control Panel.
- Go to Home > Domains > and then the domain that contains the email address.
- Click on Mail Accounts.
- Choose the mail account you would like to forward to. If you have not setup an e-mail address that you would like to forward, please refer to How to Set Up Email Accounts in Our Environment.
- Click Redirect.
- Put a check mark in the Redirect box and put in the e-mail address you would like to redirect this email to and press OK.
