How to Set Up a Mail Group
This article explains how to make an email address forward to multiple email addresses.
In Plesk 12.x
- Log into your Control Panel. Click on the Home tab.
- Under Subscriptions click on the domain you wish to create the account under.
- Click on Mail.
- Click Create E-mail Address.
- Insert the required information on the General tab.
- Click on the Forwarding tab, and check the Switch on mail forwarding box.
- Add all the addresses you would like it to forward to and click OK.
NOTE: Only do the following steps if you don't want the mail stored on the server for the group account.
- Click on the mail account.
- Uncheck mailbox and click OK.
In Plesk 11.x
- Log into your Control Panel. Click on the Home tab.
- Under My Subscriptions click on the domain you wish to create the account under.
- Click on Mail.
- Click Create E-mail Address.
- Insert the required information on the General tab.
- Click on the Forwarding tab, and check the Switch on mail forwarding box.
- Add all the addresses you would like it to forward to and click OK.
NOTE: Only do the following steps if you don't want the mail stored on the server for the group account.
- Click on the mail account.
- Uncheck mailbox and click OK.
In Plesk 9.x
- Log into your Control Panel.
- Go to Home > Domains > the domain you wish to create the account under.
- Click on Mail Accounts.
- Click Create Mail Account.
- Insert the required information and click OK.
- Click on Mail Group.
- Click Add New Member and add all the addresses you would like it to forward to and click OK.
- Click Switch On.
NOTE: Only do the following steps if you don't want the mail stored on the server for the group account.
- Click on the mail account at the top.
- Click on mailbox.
- Uncheck mailbox and click OK.
