How Disk Space is Calculated for Your Hosting Subscription

When Plesk calculates how much disk space your domain is using, it takes into account the following:

  • Total size of backup files in the local server repository
  • Httpdocs folder
  • Statistic logs
  • Mail accounts
  • Databases Depending on your plan it may have its own size limit separate from the other usage.
You can see these values by logging into your Control Panel.

  2. Click Domains > [Domain] > Statistics

NOTE: The statistics are re-calculated during normal server maintenance each night. Any changes you make to your domain or subscription will not be reflected in Control Panel until the next day. If you need up-to-date statistics sooner, please contact the support team with a request for those updated values.
