- Connect to the server via RDP
- Open the Start Menu and launch Computer Management
- Select System Tools>Local Users and Groups>Users from the left-hand panel
- Locate the locked-out user in the list
- Right-click the user and select Properties
- Under the General tab, uncheck the box labeled Account is locked out
