Control Panel Backup Times Out When Uploading to FTP Repository

Issue
An attempt to backup domain to a FTP Repository fails and leaves a copy of the backup on the Server Repository.

Cause
Default timeout for FTP connections is 600 seconds. When Plesk uploads backup files to an FTP server, default timeout might be exceeded.

Resolution
To resolve the problem you need to increase the FTP timeout. If the issue is occurring on a shared server this must be done by a member of the support staff.
