How to Configure Greylisting in SmarterMail

Plesk Servers > Email
  1. Log into SmarterMail as the SmarterMail admin
  2. Click on Security in the left hand column (The shield icon)
  3. Click on Greylisting.
  4. Modify the settings as you wish, and then click Save.
Our recommended greylisting settings:
  • Block Period: 1 Minute
  • Pass Period: 360 Minutes
  • Record Expiration: 90 Days
  • Apply To: Everyone except specified countries / IP addresses
  • Enable greylisting: True
  • Enable users to override greylisting: False
  • Greylist if the country for the IP Address is unknown: False
