- Log into SmarterMail as the SmarterMail admin
- Click on Security in the left hand column (The shield icon)
- Click on Greylisting.
- Modify the settings as you wish, and then click Save.
Our recommended greylisting settings:
- Block Period: 1 Minute
- Pass Period: 360 Minutes
- Record Expiration: 90 Days
- Apply To: Everyone except specified countries / IP addresses
- Enable greylisting: True
- Enable users to override greylisting: False
- Greylist if the country for the IP Address is unknown: False
