- Log into SmarterMail as the SmarterMail admin
- Click Manage in the left hand column (The wrench icon)
- Click Impersonate
- Type in the user's email address that you wish to impersonate and click OK
- If you entered a valid email, you will be logged into their account, other wise, SmarterMail will display a "User not found" error message.
