Adjust/Correct Website Limits in Plesk
If you upgraded your subscription to increase your disk storage space, you may need to adjust the limits for a website. To do so please follow these instructions:
In Plesk 12.5:
- Log in to your Control Panel.
- Select the Subscriptions tab and click on your subscription.
- Select the General tab.
- In the right sidebar under the Account section, click Customize
- Adjust your limits as needed and click OK.
In Plesk 12.0:
- Log in to your Control Panel.
- Select the Domains tab and click on your domain.
- Select the General tab.
- Click Customize.
- Adjust your limits as needed and click OK.
In Plesk 11.x:
- Log in to your Control Panel.
- Under My Subscriptions Click on your domain name. (If the correct domain isn't listed, choose it from the drop down menu in the upper right.)
- Select the General tab.
- Click Customize.
- Adjust your limits as needed and click OK.
In Plesk 9.x:
- Log into your Control Panel.
- Click on Domains.
- Click on your domain name.
- In the Statistics section, click on the Resource Usage icon.
- Adjust your domain limits as needed and click OK.
Note: If you have multiple domains, your maximum resource usage settings are limited by client level resource settings.
