How to Disconnect Remote Users in Plesk

Issue

You notice a user is connected to the Plesk control panel and you want to end the active session.

 
Plesk 12 Instructions
  1. Log in to Plesk by typing https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443 into your browser's address bar where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of your server.
  2. Select Tools & Settings.
  3. Select Active Terminal Services Sessions under the Security section
 
    4. Put check boxes next to everyone you want to affect and then choose either Disconnect or Log Out.
    5. Confirm removal and then click OK.

  1. Log in to Plesk by typing https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443 into your browser's address bar where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of your server.
  2. Select Tools & Settings.
  3. In the Panel section select Active Sessions.

  4. Select the TS Sessions tab.

  5. Put check boxes next to everyone you want to affect and then choose either Disconnect or Log Out.

  6. Confirm removal and then click OK.
