How to Add a Secondary FTP User to a Domain

By default all domains are configured with a primary FTP user. Secondary FTP accounts can be added to grant other users access. Secondary accounts can be restricted to access certain directories only. To create secondary FTP accounts:

  1. Log into your Plesk Control Panel

  2. Select the Websites & Domains tab and expand Show More at the bottom of the page

  3. Select FTP Access

  4. Select Create Additional FTP Account

  5. Fill in the required information, and select any options that apply.

  6. Click OK.
